I've got a similar iss...I feel your pain Vicki. I've got a similar issue but on my left hip. I'm on the foam roller (even the medicine ball) each day, stretching, massaging, and even adjusting my running stride. It's a real pain the butt but it's just a matter before you're back to 100%!
